Alexander Gluhovsky is a corporate associate with femida.us (a/k/a Int’l Legal Counsels) focusing on representation of US and international clients in software, information technology and telecommunication in cross-border technology transfer and licensing, corporate structuring and formation, and M&A transactions. Mr. Gluhovsky is also involved in the commercial litigation and intellectual property law practices.
Prior to joining Femida, Mr. Gluhovsky worked on numerous investigations regarding potential violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). He also interned for the Hon. David S. Cercone, United States Federal Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania, where he worked on various breach of contract, employment discrimination and other commercial law matters.
Mr. Gluhovsky received his Juris Doctor in 2011 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, with an emphasis on international and comparative law. While at the School of Law, Mr. Gluhovsky served as the Production Editor for the Pittsburgh Tax Review. He graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Russian and Eastern European Studies. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Mr. Gluhovsky is fluent in Russian.
